As the class pervert, Mineta is almost always talking about girls in a degrading, sexual way. As such, he doesn't have very many friends besides Kaminari, and is often reprimanded by his classmates. His voice is a bit raspy.

Since he is played by a female in both the Japanese and English dubs of the anime, female portrayals are welcome.
