Lord Cinnabun is like the rest of his lackeys expect he has an attitude of superiority. He's a bit dumb to put it bluntly. For this character's voice, I can see it going a number of ways. So really just have fun on this character :D
"That is a Monumentally Stupid idea! *pause* I LOVE IT!"
"I love it... Almost as much as I love taking prisoners!"
*In a happy yet commanding tone* "Capture that breadcat!"
"Bow down to me breadcat, and I will consider letting you out of the box."
"Very well! Then we shall leave you in that box till your half dust bunny yourself! Or should I say dust kitty! Ahahaaaaha!"
You got the right idea with the eccentric villian type of voice which is great! The only thing I would change is maybe making the voice slightly deeper. Great audition!
