At first, he comes off as passive and harsh, but once he hears Saria's Song from Link, Darunia is energetic and cheerful. (He really likes good music). He is also grants Link the respect and title of Sworn Brother after helping him take down King Dodongo.
Character traits should include: Rash, rough, harsh (at first), gentle, passionate, strong, a leader
What the heck? Who are you?! When I heard the song of the Royal Family, I expected their messenger had arrived, but... you're just a little kid! Has Darunia, the big boss of the Gorons, really lost so much status to be treated like this by his Sworn Brother, the King? Now, I'm REALLY angry!
Kid, I like you! How's about you and I become Sworn Brothers?! No, there's no big ceremony involved! Just take this as a token of our friendship! Brother!
Thank you, Brother! I really appreciate what you did. I thank you on behalf of the entire Goron race! You turned out to be a real man, just as I thought you would!
When did we say this? This is a great audition!
Well, past experiences trying to audition for ZU projects kind of made me assume I wasn't good enough ^^' Glad you liked it though
It's never the case that you're never good enough; in most cases, a tough choice is to be made. We're hoping to widen up the circle more so a mix of newcomers and returners will get to partake in the project. :) Good luck!
Thanks. And sorry for coming off as too pessimistic
No worries at all; auditioning can be really stressful. Been there, done that. :) We'll be considering your auditions just like everybody else! Thanks for even taking the time to do so!
You made him sound genuinely angry for the first lines, which is impressive on its own, but you then managed to make the gruff voice sound convincingly happy. That's... quite impressive. Good job!
