Asgore has a bass-baritone voice, both determined to free his people while at the same time guilty about what he's had to do to get to this point. Despite it all, he can be kind and have a goofy side as well.

  • Human.... it was nice to meet you.... Goodbye.

  • Is someone there? Just a minute! I have almost finished watering these flowers. Dum de dum, de dum... (humming Memory). Here we are! Now, how can I.... oh.

  • Sing anything in-character.

If I need to redo it and add an introduction let me know, as I didn't think to record one when I did the rest of the stuff.

Adding an intro isn't necessary, don't worry! I feel like the first line could sound a little more weighted/solemn and serious—at that point Asgore is acknowledging that he'll have to kill Frisk in order to free his people, but he doesn't really want to fight. Pretty good job with the second line though, and the singing—the lurics actually kind of fit, ha ha. :) Maybe in your retry you could sing a bit more of a melodic song as well? Something kind of similar to the likes of Bergentrukung. :)

I was a little worried about that with the first line, and that was why I picked that song, but if you want a little more melodramatic I'll see what I can whip up, unless you have any suggestions for songs I should do (or if I should just do a version of Bergentrukung again). Should I submit it as a second audition on here taking the place this one?

You don't need to delete this one, but submitting a second audition would be good. :)
