Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line.
For the first audition line, you are recalling your glorious past of conquest, adventure, and riches. It seems like such a long time ago now but still shines brightly within your mind and soul. In the middle of the line, you do recall the nasty bits that come with the glory which brings out some sadness and regret but you shut it out of your mind with the good memories. You have a lot more good memories than bad ones and they are very memorable. You want to convey the greatness you felt back in the day to the stranger you are talking to but become lost in your thoughts and can only use large statements to effectively describe such amazing experiences. You are in bliss and filled with happiness.
For the second audition line, you just witnessed the main character kill an innocent person in front of you and proceed to hide somewhere in your vicinity. You are absolutely surprised and furious that this person would dare commit such an offense in front of you and seek such a cowardly exit. You are positive this person will die by your hands today. Even if you are a mercenary, you do not tolerate barbarians. You want this scoundrel to be a man for once and face you rather than skulking around plotting in the shadows. You are also cautious and slightly tense as at any moment the assailant could launch a sneak attack from behind you. You are looking around and keeping watch of what's behind you. You are cautious, loud, and angry.
For the third audition line, you are trying not to lose your temper and disgusted at the courier's blatant attempts to dig out information from you. You want the courier to realize that you know of his little mind game and would kindly like him to stop. You also feel ashamed that the courier is trying so desperately when you are a brick wall they cannot go through. You also feel very protective of the information about your supplier as such information could prove dangerous if it fell into the wrong hands. The courier is a wild card and you cannot risk them knowing about that information. This is your last warning to the courier to stop probing you or violence may become an option in your mind. You are trying not to show anger or emotions so you are cold and blunt. Your alert and tactical mercenary instincts are starting to take over your kind and relaxed shopkeeper instincts.
"It was... exhilarating. Dangerous, uncomfortable, frightening... but all the same, it was exhilarating."
"Come out here and fight me you coward!"
"Before you say anything else, no I'm not going to tell you a thing about my supplier, so you might as well give up now."
Third line sounds better.
Sounds Kinda Like Lobo! I love it!
