Caleb is a talented hunter who has been working with Han since he took him under his wing, following the death of his family to another group within the RCS. He's always idolized Han, growing up hearing tales of the legendary "Stoneskin" in his battles for justice and honour, and after the death of his family, he realised his hate shouldn't be directed anyone at all, and he'd rather use the effort to fix what's broken about the galaxy because no one should have to go through what he did.

His job is his dream job, he's incredibly laid back, even given his current situation and responsibility. But he knows what's important. It's all a front to catch people off guard.

EDIT: Original description was a bit misleading, he's a lot dryer in his delivery than the description makes him out to be. He's laid back in the "doesn't really give a f*ck" way as opposed to the "joyful naive" way. Almost like he's bored.

He would have been strung up and gutted for that where I grew up.Caleb: I grew up where you grew up. That's a bit extreme.Han: You didn't grow up in my time, life wasn't so easy back then. People held on tighter to that sort of thing. Anyone who threatened that...Caleb: Hung him by his entrails... Right... Glad things changed.

  • Han: My superiors ordered me to get one for security reasons. So I got one that's good at killing without trying to psychoanalyse me.Nali: Fair enough.Caleb: He's just mad cause every Droid he talks to tries to console him.Han: He's not wrong. The last one I spoke to asked me if I was feeling delirious, or lost. I was just looking for someone.Caleb: That's probably cause you're ancient.Han: Don't push your luck.

  • *In the middle of a gunfight*Caleb: Stay in cover, you've got people all around you!Rick: No shit sherlock!Caleb: Wait for my mark, then move to those rocks on your left, got it?!
