Taunt 1: “You’re nothing more than a moving target board...”

Dude, you have to tell me what kind of equipment you use. You've got one of the richest voices that I've heard in a while.
Thanks so much, Scott! Pretty much my entire chain is covered in the equipment section on my profile. Feel free to check it out. I'd say the lionshare of the tone is the 416. It can be a tricky mic to use for character work, but once you learn how to work it. It can be your best friend. It takes a while. I'm still learning! Its just all about familiarity. Practice. Practice. Practice. : )
I actually did stalk your home page, and researched the mike that you use. (Plus, you've also incorporated some really good pieces of equipment into your line.) It all combines to a really smooth sound, and you've got really good delivery mechanics. I know that none of us are ever completely satisfied with our results, but -one dude to another- you're on the right path. What is your percentage rate, auditions to landed roles? My opinion, you should be at 90 percent (minus the ten percent that I'VE auditioned for. ) Heh!
Thanks, it means a lot! My hit rate is probably not as high as you think. I audition A LOT in many different places. On more casual platforms, I try to audition for roles that are likely well outside of my range, but its all great practice (and fun!). I know we’re in at least one production (probably more) together, right now. Believe me, I know you snag some killer roles! ;)
Heh. . .stahp! Yer embarrassing me! A quote from Sherlock Holmes, "True genius recognizes talent, but mediocrity knows nothing higher than itself." I'm not the greatest, but, like you, I take a lot of chances. I go for roles to see what I can do, and what I can't. (I auditioned for an 80 year old grandmother a couple of weeks ago. It was epic!) You're one of the good ones, and I'm looking forward to seeing your name pop up on a movie credit somewhere. You got skills.
BARREL CHESTER OF A VOICE! Dope audition
Thanks, David! I love the variation and improv in your audition.
MUCH Appreciated, was so fun auditioning for Omni. Best of luck
