A Jackal warlord responsible for the mess the Rangers find themselves in. Most of the Jackals actually resent their reputation, while Rostock embraces it. Believing that he and his exiles should be able to stand on their own feet, and strike down those responsible for exiling them in the first place. He cares a little too much for his own people, and is so focused on chasing what's best for them that he's completely missed the point, and his arrogance and ego make changing not an option.

He speaks with power and control. As the leader of his people he needs a commanding tone to his voice. But he doesn't sound unfriendly all the time. He's actually a rather nice guy that has a lot of passion for his people and genuinely believes what he's doing is just. Obviously, it isn't. He isn't insane, just deluded.

  • Our people are strong because we have to be. We adapted. Those who couldn't were taken by the Crawl. I bet you never took a moment to consider how many of your marked "criminals" were people born into it, the city thrived on that lifestyle for decades then we were given an ultimatum we couldn't adhere to and for that, we were sent out here to die.

  • You're damn right I blame you! If The alliance had never stuck their nose where it didn't belong, we wouldn't be stuck out here in the first place! It wasn't you getting pushed out of the city during the Exodus! It wasn't you and everyone you care about bleeding in the sand, it was us! Our mothers and our fathers! (Calming down) Some of us too... The Alliance doesn't care about us... Kazi doesn't care about us... They forced our hand, now we'll force theirs... They'll get what they deserve for this.
