I'm sure the first thing you are wondering is just who is this Yellow VA person? Well, I hope I can answer some of those questions!
To start, my name is Mark Coutu, and I was born all the way back in 1987, and raised in a small little town in Massachusetts. At an early age, I had a home in the spotlight, following in my father's footsteps and performing in many stage plays up until the past few years of my life. I have had the honor of being in such musicals as Anything Goes, Chicago, and Songs for a New World, and having a featured role in Damn Yankees, 1776 and The Fantasticks.
Recently however, I have come across some great opportunities to lend my voice to radio commercials through ad talent agencies, and realized how much I love getting my voice out for the world to hear. I have had several opportunities to be in independent video games that are currently in production, and other online interactives.
When I am not talking into a microphone, I like to practice my craft playing RPGs and annoying the neighbors, attending several weekly tabletop games, and spending time with my family, who have supported me through so much. I can't think of where I would be if it wasn't for the great support of those that surround me with their love.
Every show, I used to make a special reference to my father, who passed away from complications of dementia when I was a senior in high school. He was the one who gave me these creative genes, and I always thank him for that. So I end it here as I always have:
"Thanks Dad, it's all for you."
