This owl welcomes everyone who wants to learn or create art with her—teaching the children the true meaning of art and making memories with their passions! Even though she is sweet and kind! She does get shy quickly or flustered! Blu mostly spends her time having tea with Ms.Moon, or when she isn't in the room, she spends time with Widow and Musi! She is a bit shy sometimes, but she LOVES to sing! She needs a little encouragement when it comes to singing!
Blu Owl doesn't have a voice headcanon idea. But she has a soft and gentle female tone! Any accents are welcome!
