• After her mother’s death, she feels responsible for taking care of her younger sister, despite being terrified of doing so. Their sibling friendship has shifted, as she feels the overwhelming pressure to suppress her self-doubt and protect her sister at all costs.




• Fears: Losing control




• Wants: To protect her sister

Line #1: No... Put it back we're not getting it. It's (looking for the right words) junk food okay? Just stay right here, I'll be in the bathroom.

Context: She is scolding the younger sister for trying to get gummy worms, and interrupting her as she tries to talk about their mom who just passed away. 

Acting Notes: Tired and saddened. Acting parental, but really just trying to avoid the subject of their recently deceased mom. You can try ad-libbing this line if you think of a way it reads better!

Line #2: No, just stop! You are not doing anything. Just stay here!

Context:

She is scolding her younger sister for trying to help her. She's about to face the wolf alone.

Acting Notes: Frustrated, overprotective, terrified.
