Samaira is one of the leads of Doppio. She's snarky, self-assured, and privy to overexertion in times of denial. She's just started "recovering" from her breakup with Andy and isn't taking it too well, in fact she wishes not to take it at all and just move on regardless of her real feelings.
Looking for a low, raspy tone of voice. If possible a sort of posh British accent would do nicely, but don't be afraid to read with an American accent!

You have a great tone of voice best fitting of Casiopea, one of my lovely supporting roles. If it pleases the court, would you consider reading some lines for her? That would be fire!
I'd love to, but it looks like Casiopea is a POC and I am not and I felt uncomfortable auditioning for her. How do you feel about that as project creator?
I understand your hesitancy. I don't speak for everyone as a POC myself, but I think the quality of the role should be the biggest priority. If there are POC that audition for the role, I would prefer to consider them first, but as of right now no one has auditioned for her yet and I want to make sure she gets a voice at all! Funny enough, all the characters are POC, but again, it's about the quality of the performance in tandem with whoever I'm able to reach. Thank you for bringing that up though! It's completely up to you to decide!
