This character is theatrical and extravagent. I see him as very similar to Aubrey Woods' portrayal of Krantor from Gambit, with a strong, deep, expressive voice. It doesn't have to be a direct imitation, but should follow this description.

On Earth, telepathy was not developed like it was on Auron, where it gave a distinct advantage. The world as we see it through the prism of spacetime is far from fundamental.
