CAH (Congenital adrenal hyperplasia) is a group of genetic disorders that affects your adrenal glands, which produce hormones your body needs to function properly. The narrative arc to this video is one of learning and discovery by people who have just learned about CAH because they've met someone who has it. They don't know anything about CAH at the beginning, but are earnestly interested, care and want to support.
