This role is a little bit unique since we are looking for one VA to play two characters.  They take turns speaking, so there will be an expectation to have one character speak her line, then alternate to the other character sounding very different from the first.

Ginger and Wasabi are nekomusume (cat girls), lifelong best friends who opened up a Maid Cafe together.  They are perfectly in sync, with Wasabi always speaking after Ginger in almost an echo.  They refer to the player as "o-kyaku-sama" which means customer.

Ginger is a bubbly girl cat - she is friendly, talkative, a bit childish, but very sweet and gentle.  Think Lucoa from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid.

Wasabi is more practical.  She is reserved and snarky, and speaks in a flat monotone way that feels a bit judgmental.  She’s perpetually exasperated by Ginger, but also loves her dearly. Think Wednesday Addams, or a girl version of Jiji from Kiki’s Delivery service.
