Victor Wolfgang was born on November 4, 1900, in Berlin, Germany to a very strict Mother and Father. At the age of fifteen, he hated his look so much that he always wore something to cover his face, so when we climbed the ranks of the German army he then demanded a medal mask to cover his face as well as to protect him. And only at the age of nineteen, he was sent to a military camp to be trained to be a General, and by the time WWII began he was put in charge of his own interior army that would eventually be used on the Western Front.
Victor is a tone-dead man who has little to no life in his voice and is near machine-like. He always has to be in power somewhere In his head whenever he's doing anything and usually doesn't stop till he does have control even if that means risking other lives.
