Looking for a voice-actor to portray a little cameo role, but a great one. I love parts like this, sort of reminiscent of Colin the Pig from Wolf Among Us. The Cat's dialogue is essentially a reflection of the subconscious of the character he's talking to, as said character is chemically impaired.
