According to the Songs of War Wikipedia, Lucan is another major character of the series and the main character of the Felina and Necromancer plot. His role in the story is that he follows as the protagonist of the Felina and Necromancer plot, where he is forced to mine recourses as a prisoner after participating in minor crimes. However, after a group of undead raid the mines, he is tasked to finding where the undead are coming from.
His vocal range should mainly be a male young adult or male adult. He isn't young but he isn't old either. Think of his vocal range as a mid 20's person just trying to get by in life.
