According to the Songs of War Wikipedia, Mr. Finch is a side character of the series. He is a human farmer living next to Abbigail, and is actually depicted as Abbigail's guardian ever since her parents passed away. Mr. Finch is just an old man trying to get by in the farming life, but shows a greedy side of him when he discovers the ender dragon egg, wanting to sell it.
His vocal range should mainly be either male adult or male senior, he is an old man after all.
