Shiraxilon for Luna / Theia - Main Deuteragonist VA
Luna is the daughter to the mayor of New Edin and is the third main character of the series. She's working with Miss Fortune and guiding the aberrations for her. She serves as a parallel to Stella. Luna is an anti-villain for the most part. She does good things for the advancement of evil.
Luna has a valley-girl accent and has retained the personality of a high-school popular girl into her twenties.
Theia is much more grounded and is very serious compared to Luna. Her accent is less prominent than Luna's. It's still there, but you can tell it was faked before transformation.
Luna is a trans woman. It's preferred that her voice actor fall under this umbrella.

Theia: Look, just because you don't have enough time to babysit on your own time doesn't mean that I have to spend my whole life caring for you're abominations. You can't just take people out of death just to make everyone suffer.
