Former Pirate turned Mercenary that worked as a PMC for the Wayfarer group.

Currently serving life for several counts of first degree murder, Intergalactic terrorism, Kidnapping, larceny, Piracy, ship theft, and violations to the Kades Agreement which barred the use of chemical weapons on neighboring empires conflicts.

Charismatic as hell, born leader, quick witted.

Character is originally spaceborne and picked up a Southern Drawl from the specific group of pirates he grew up with.

Carlos is infamously known throughout the galaxy. Apprenticed and raised under the mentorship of a legendary pirate, he killed, stole, and talked his way through the stars before finally becoming a PMC. There he earned his fortune committing numerous warcrimes across the galaxy for the highest bidder.

Carlos is the type to easily sell water to fish, and is known almost like a Folk Hero throughout the galaxy despite his numerous crimes.
