NCR Troopers are the backbone of the NCR Military. Full of volunteers and conscripted soldiers, the Troopers are the first in, last out, boots on the ground, in the knitty and gritty force that the Mojave needs to stabilize it.
This Trooper was caught while on patrol near Camp Searchlight. Taken to The Fort, she was beaten and possibly even worse before being brought before the Legion Trainees for a lesson in human vitals. If the player doesn't intervene, she will be executed.
