You will be working with the artist finalizer on making our panels; you will be taking descriptions of things we need and turning them into panels of art, ideally 12 panels and an episode starting, and hopefully, as we continue, we can increase our team size, and run more and more painless, and you would be our principal art director, with getting editing and coloring help from artist finalizer, please have some portfolio or reach out to me on this. This is a make-it-or-break-it role for our production.

Remember that I'm asking for something other than the most detailed and highest-quality drawings, as we are just starting. We need some sketches of what the writing team describes to you, and then for you to hand it off to the art finalizer for them, you color make sure it look decently pretty for the time being 

I need someone to fill this role to be capable of not just making art but having pride in what they do and leading the art team to the best of their ability; I will be relying on you for that as I'm under no delusion, I have no talent for art so I will be leaving you to be primarily autonomous for this project and wish for you to stay with me as continue with this series. So please, let's make my vision a reality, and hopefully, this is your vision, too.
