Akisu's father. An inventor. He was forced to make a dangerous weapon for the Bear King. Along with his wife, he made a clock for his son. A simple man with a deep voice who doesn't talk much, but cares for his family.

Abridged: His name is Harold. He is an idiot whose obsessed with clocks. He was easily tricked by the Bear king to make a dangerous weapon. Always comes up with and says random things. He loves his wife.
