Character Info

Colonel Whitehill was born into the Enclave, and has served them with distinction all her life. Fiercely loyal to those who serve under her, she wants nothing but the best for them - as well as to see the United States reclaimed by the Enclave, of course.

Unlike most of her rank, she relishes field work and is an excellent marksman - able to put down hostiles before they get close to her.

She speaks with authority, but is quick to warm to those she knows she can trust.
