NCRCF Inmates is a mod for FNV that aims to bring back life to the NCRCF if the NCR takes it back over by way of adding inmates (and guards, if you use the associated mod) to wander about, doing inmate things. It's a rather large mod, nearly half a gig and spent over half a year in production due to the massive amount of voice files included.
