Rope-burn is a well practiced sailor with many years of ship faring experience over the open seas. He's not much of a fighter, but he knows no fear. Not much surprises him, but he still has a heart of right, or maybe it's a hatred for pirates' that motivates him, no-one knows. He has a fairly coarse voice from yelling over the loudness of the seas.
