We're casting for five improvisational actors to join us as main cast members for the first season of "The Adventures Alcove", an exciting new podcast that fuses the worlds of Dungeons & Dragons and immersive storytelling.

In this role, you'll be part of an ensemble cast, journeying through a series of DnD campaigns. You'll use your improv skills to create dynamic characters who will evolve throughout each campaign. Our first journey is a trip through time, so a love for history, science fiction, and everything in between is a plus!

Our ideal actors can think on their feet, adapt to the unpredictable world of DnD, and create compelling, memorable characters. We're looking for actors who can immerse themselves in their characters and bring them to life for our listeners.

As a part of our podcast, you'll be committed to regular recording sessions, participating in rehearsals, and bringing your best to each episode. Previous DnD experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We value enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication to craft above all.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Playing a consistent character throughout the campaign.


• Participating actively in each episode's gameplay.


• Improvising dialogue and interactions based on the situations your characters face.

We're seeking individuals who are:

• Experienced in improv performance.


• Capable of maintaining character consistency.


• Able to work well in an ensemble cast.


• Interested in DnD and role-playing games.


• Committed to the longevity of the project.

To audition, please provide an audio sample of you improvising a character in a given scenario. Showcase your ability to create a unique character and react to changing circumstances. We can't wait to hear the characters you'll bring to life!

Requirements: Please provide a short audio sample of you performing multiple character improvisation. Demonstrating your character creation, improv, and voice acting skills is key!
