Harper's home was destroyed by a natural disaster. Fleeing her island with her dad, Paps. They landed on an Island called Thieves Haven. There Harper learned to steal, lie, and run like a professional thief. 

Personality wise, she is a goofball. She's not afraid to go shot for shot with her dad in the local Tavern. She'll crack jokes and have a carefree attitude most of the time. "Life doesn't last that long so enjoy it while you can" is her saying. Although she fears dying early. It's all to common for people to die in this world. And she has so much to do in such little time.
