Rem is the top security guard (in fact, the only security guard) to the hospital. She confiscates patients' belongings when they arrive to make sure they don't have anything like weapons or things that could be used to help escape. She doesn't really like what the hospital does but she needs the money to support her daughter, Kid. She also loves her girlfriend, Nurse Mood, very very much- and the two of them are nearly inseparable off work. Rem uses her attractive appearance to manipulate and control Cuddles to the best of her ability.
I would imagine Rem sound like Rouge from Sonic X, due to both characters' similar appearance.

(talking to both Mood and Barry) Okay, you're clean. You two run along and see Nurse Snare, she'll help get you all checked in.
(hesitant) I dunno doc, you seem very eager to put that in my paycheck. I have better things to do, like being a responsible mother to my daughter and not sucking up to a sleazebag like you.
