The Curse of Aishavik
Nichols Eveland for Crossbone's Dad
Crossbone's Dad - Male/Minor Protagonist
The original Crossbone, and the one and bonely father of "Kryss" Crossbone. He's a famous and greedy archeologist, who one day mysteriously vanished after being invited out on an expedition out to Aisha. Unlike his son who's missing a few cards in his deck, this Crossbone plays with more or less a full deck. He doesn't crack or make constant jokes like his son does, and his voice doesn't jump from one tone to another constantly. Instead, generally, he acts a lot more professional and collected. He's very confident and brave, and knows how to fight if need be. Unlike Kryss who's flimsy and generally emasculated, Crossbone is very muscularly built and stiff standing. His voice should be deep and gruff, and overall he should sound like this mix of a skeleton and a cheesy fantasy hero.

"One might think me a freak for sayin' this, but, umm, well… I think people look much more interestin' dead than alive. Erm, as nothin' but bones, I mean. Seein' each and every piece of the puzzle, imaginin' how they fit into place and would've moved in life. It's an odd profession, one most wouldn't do, but me? I love it."
"Bones show us who we were, and more specifically, what we once were, be them people's bones or fossils of titans long gone. It's a dirty business, diggin' up graves and what not, but hey! Heh! It pays damn well!"
"An expedition into a tomb unknown, packed full of skeletons of an ancient people who's species can't be identified?! Do you even have to ASK?! Count me in!"
The first line's a bit awkward, but the last two are simply perfect! Just as fitting as I imagined!
Thank you!
