Tails is Sonic's best buddy and the brains of the team. He's a young and aspiring boy who looks up to Sonic and tries to outdo himself with every task he sets. He can still fight when needed but his main role is engineering and science. I'm looking for a voice that can capture a "young kind boy" without getting too young. I'm talking more, "12 years old" rather than 8.

Definitely too old of a voice for Tails, but I'd reccomend auditioning for other roles. I especially think an audition for Knuckles, Adult Chris, or Danny would be great. In fact, if you could do a good "calculated relaxed villain" voice then voicing Dark Oak, Pale Bay Leaf, or any of the other Metarex bosses would be good too. You've got a great voice, but I don't think it fits Tails.
Thank you for the feedback! I wasn’t sure if my voice would be youthful enough, I feel like I sound young in my natural voice. I will definitely look into the other roles you recommend.
