Penelope is a robot tasked with assisting MacMurray at his stall in The Sluice. She is sardonic (but not cold) with a posh (or fairly posh) English accent. Robots like Penelope don't speak in a robotic fashion, but rather they sound like humans - sighing, exhaling, laughing, clearing their throats, etc. She is a potential companion.
Line 0 notes: You were alone in the sewers, fighting off feral ghouls when the Player came to your aid. The fight has just ended and you have a moment to catch your 'breath'.
Line 1 notes: The Player has asked if you know someone named Riley but you don't. Unhelpfully, all the Player can tell you is he's an adult male.

Hmm. I don't have any knowledge of a man named Riley. I could however check through my database for everyone matching the description of 'adult' and 'male'. Unless you think that would be a terrible waste of our time?
