I am not very good when it comes to backgrounds so I will need one or multiple background artists. The project is still in an early state so I haven't secured a budget yet. I will be requesting a budget soon but if I'm not granted one I will need to pay out of my own pocket. Therefore payment is something I can not yet set in stone, but I'm willing to negotiate. I'd also like to pay per background and not per hour (if i have revisions you will be paid extra according to how much extra work it would be).

Looks pretty good, would it be okay if i have you try out making a background later on to see if you can match the artstyle? It won't need to be detailed of course just a quick sketch to see how your BGs might look.

No worries I won't be picking out people for roles/artist jobs for a couple of days. For now i'm seeing what comes in and making a shortlist. So yeah you probably will hear back from me.
