Bill is a recent recruit of the Troika: a secretive military orgnisation that is sworn to protect Dreamkeepers from the upcoming onslaught of Dark Dreamkeepers, corrupt figures of Anduruna & Nightmares.
Rational & timid. He frequently asks questions and at times allowing his emotions to greatly influence his decision making. Since joining the Troika he is beginning to weigh in his decision to join the resistance group and continues to ask questions that challenge his morals, which is a healthy improvement to his already ambivalent tendencies. He was once a former employee of Sabbaton Towers who served as a Tower Guard alongside Damon & Woods.
Aim for that awkward and rather high pitched inflection.
