Vanth is a member of the Neon Knives: a ruthless band of delinquents and troubled individuals who act out against the law and take part in illegal activities.

The Neon Knives have found use of her ability to track down Dreamkeepers when her power is in use. Despite her, somehow, ending up being part of a highly dangerous and notorious organisation where most of the time she is being bullied by gang members she remains vigilant and deeply cares for her companions: Scythe, Harmony (her pet Ryu-neko), and Bast. She happens to be 'tipper' to the City Central Authority (CCA) Shock Troopers, but it was later discovered that she does not want any association with the police force to avoid being compromised by the Neon Knives for her 'accidental' betrayal.

Vanth talks a lot to the ones she is close with (almost having a material instinct), but is cautious & keeps to herself when she is on duty.

Keep her inflection to a rather reserved pacing. I'm not looking for high-energy or cutesy vocals, keep it mid-toned throughout.

[Special note: I've always envisioned the Neon Knives, this group in particular, having English accents that span the UK (British/Welsh/Scottish) & Ireland (Irish) - specifically young reoffenders from a behavioural and inflection point. I wanted to contrast this with the North American accents from the Troika and City Central Authority figures for contrast and flavour.]
