Francis is the nerdiest of nerdy. A bit of a Redditor and incel, but quite the wealthy one. He lives in a fortified nerd's dream fortress full of his finest merch collections and his robotic cat servant brigade. He captures Tippi as a sort of souvenir before she is rescued by the heroes.
His voice may be any pitch but should steer towards the medium-pitched ground. I am not as concerned with vocal pitch as I am with character. His voice should sound extremely nerdy, with almost that Neil Goldman-like spitty hissing sound in the voice. It should be quite a bit nasally as well.
