These are all his lines. I'd like Payload to sound something like the Combaticon Warrior from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen The Game (https://youtu.be/4zu82QwlDHw), but feel free to experiment if you want to.
Swindle is torturing Autobot Soldier #3 to get the location of the Allspark, but he isn't getting anything from the Autobot. Payload suggests he would be of better use as an example to his Autobot comrades, if they don't give up the location of the Allspark.
"We're wasting time. This one doesn't know anything. I think he would serve us better...as an example to the others!
Megatron has just showed up, and without the location of the Allspark, he is angry. He orders Swindle, Payload, and the other Decepticons to leave them, as they have much to discuss. Payload isn't sure about his leaders idea.
"Lord Megatron, is that wise? It may not be safe for you to be alone with-"
Payload is surprised and relieved that their leader didn't kill him and Swindle as a result of being unable to get the location of the Allspark. He thanks his leader, even though his words of thanks mean nothing to the mighty Megatron.
"He... let us live. Oh thank you, thank you..."
