Makima is the beautiful leader of the Public Safety Devil Hunters. She speaks in a smooth, motherly tone, but she’s quite cunning and manipulative, with a relatively emotionless disposition. She seems kind, but she’ll just as easily threaten you with death if you disobey. Like I mentioned, a soft, smooth, but controlling and manipulative voice will be great for her.
