Suzaku is a third year at Tempus High School. He was part of the previous club last year with his ex-girlfriend. When she graduated, they broke up because she went to another region to go to University. He is pretty popular and a lot of students thinks he's attractive. He is a pretty average student, however, and he just wants to make fun memories.
[Suzaku hears about Tara challenging Brooke to a battle. He knows Tara is horrible and wants to check in with Brooke] (confident, cool)
Suzaku: Hey, Brooke. I'm Suzaku. Heard about your little run-in with Tara. She's been a menace since we got here. Hope she hasn't gotten to you too bad.
[Suzaku is explaining to Brooke why the previous club disbanded. He is getting lost in his words and also finds it easy to talk to Brooke]
Suzaku: Yeah, we were pretty bad (chuckles). None of us placed well in the finals. Dr. Tornen left and some of the others graduated or transferred out. One girl, Audrey, she was this first year. Man, she was really good! She got recruited! It was crazy!
(Realizing he's talking a lot and gets a little embarrassed) Sorry, I don't know why I'm spilling all that out to you.
[Suzaku is coming up to Brooke with two girls from the previous club who wanted to join the new club. He's excited to talk to Brooke]
Suzaku: Yo, Brooke! Heard you were looking for some people to sign up for a new club!
