CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
- Obadiah Salama is an assistant ranch manager working for the Crimson Caravan in 2281.
- Hailing from Adytum, Obadiah was originally contracted to be the ranch supervisor of Crimson Caravan Company's New Vegas branch. However, due to some "rearrangements in staff structure", he was bumped down to assistant ranch manager. He currently works as Remy MacDuff's right-hand man in overseeing ranch operations. However, if certain actions are made in-game, he can be promoted to be the new ranch supervisor.
- Obadiah is a nice, honest man and a hard worker. He loves the process of tending to the livestock. He treats his fellow employees with respect and as equals. His subordinates like him, and would prefer him being ranch supervisor over Remy MacDuff.
- He's 25-35 years old.
- North American or Southern American accent. No other exceptions.

I'm from Adytum (https://www.dictionary.com/browse/adytum), so I'm sorta used to being in a rough area. I just hope that the NCR will clean this place up when they take over the area.

He's a... *Clears throat* fine boss. We get on well enough. He can be pretty rough on the workers, though.

Well... *sighs* he tends to think that berating the ranchers will get them to work more efficiently. That, and he doesn't do much ranching himself.

If it were me, I would just work with the ranch hands more. Be more active. Build rapport. It would help boost morale and motivate people to care more about their roles.
