The Reaper Nurses run a demented medical facility that aims to murder those working against Malak. They have a huge fascination with needles and even Malak himself. They characterise the player's affairs he had when he was alive.

Their voices reference very closely to the likes of Harley Quinn and once again should be able to switch between friendly and caring, to taking pleasure in others' pain.
