Samantha is the world's greatest superheroine...so we think! In reality, she is every bit as powerful as the world perceives her, but she is a cold-hearted psycopath. The world just doesn't know it yet! Her sudden transformation from "nice-girl-superheroine" to "rampaging-and-heartless-supervillain" will be the focus of this audio short, and the actress should be able to play both parts with a flick of the switch.
Samantha is young and in her mid-20s and innocent and kind initially, but quickly reveals that she has no intention of playing the superheroine role any longer. And she decides to make this sudden shocking announcement on live TV during an interview. Not looking for any transformation in voice pitch from "good" to "evil" -- just a radical change in attitude and tone.
Finished recording for this part should not exceed 1500 words and/or 15 mins.
[kind, forgiving.... in response to "I'm sorry we couldn't get you the exact type of cherries you requested"] Oh, that's quite alright, I'm not hungry right now. And I'm sure I'll get some later. What did you say your name was?"
[grinning, malicious] Oooh, yes! Let's get the Security team out here. That way you can see what I do to them before I do it to you!"
