Vegeta is very prideful and arrogant, but he is also a prince so he should talk like a member of the upper class. He does NOT need the weird semi-British accent that Funimation gave him, but if you decide you want to give him an accent go ahead.

I love the way it sounds!!! For reference, you should try doing the same lines with your normal voice and really push the emotions in it. (I'm the casting director's sister who's helping her with the project btw haha, she really liked it too!)
