Snowdrake's friend who appears in his place should he go "missing".

(Most players don't see this one in battle and only do at the end of a True Pacifist run next to the other drake monsters. How you do get Chilldrake to show up is by killing Snowdrake, causing Chilldrake to be encounter in his place. In my playthrough, I'll only be doing this in the Genocide run. Anyway, personality wise, Chilldrake is more or less the textbook definition of a teenage rebel, complete with the bad advice and (at least from what I can tell) a "skater dude" voice. They're essentially the friend who trys to put on a tough image but isn't really that bad of a person.)
