Resident 4 (Voice 1 in the holotape, and this holotape) has a southern accent and was voiced by Peter Renaday. He is the only survivor who does not wish to die. He instead believes the group should leave Vault 11 and tell the world about what happened as a lesson for others to learn. He is alone in this desire among the survivors.

  • Wait...Let me say it...I’ve seen so many atrocities throughout the years, so many dead friends...I want to be the one to do it...To deny the vault what it wants...Just this one time...I’m in control.
