No-nonsense, playful, ruthless, inquisitive, and far more intelligent than he appears. He's sort of this world's equivalent of the Sheriff of Nottingham, a rival to Robert De Courtney. There will be many mind games, scenes where the suspense lies in how much he knows or intends to find out.
Voice: German accent, anywhere from late 20's to late 30's in terms of age. Down to Earth in tone, he shouldn't evoke Nazi villains necessarily with their upturned noses and snooty clean exterior.
[Hans Landa] "I read the report on this area. But like any enterprise, when under new management, there's always a slight duplication of efforts. Most of it being a complete waste of time, but it needs to be done nevertheless. I just have a few questions sir. If you can assist me with answers, my department can close the file on your family."
