An alley-gator that sells garbage at a decent bargain with her best friend, Catty. The two of them often collect garbage from around their shop and Waterfall, and tend to pick on the employee running the burger shop in the nearby resort.

(Unlike most characters that have a shared screen time, Bratty and Catty have a decent amount of dialogue between them enough that they get individual role auditions. Both Bratty and Catty should also sound similar, speaking with American valley-girl dialect. Although, Bratty's voice should be more snarky and slightly deeper in pitch than Catty's.)
