A light-blue rabbit monster that sells ice cr--wait..."nice" cream. Despite a possible initial impression that he may be downhearted, he's quite the optimistic fellow, and despite his low customer traffic, will venture where ever there is an opportunity for business.

(I don't really have a slated ideal voice for this guy; I'd imagine it'd be relatively normal, so this is a pretty open, to be frank.)
