A spider monster that operates a bake sale in Hotland. Despite the traffic, she often doesn't sell anything due to her absurd prices, but regardless gets upset at passers who don't purchase anything regardless. However, her behavior has gotten her a few buyers.
(The creator of this character, whom is NOT Toby Fox but guest designer Michelle Czajkowski, has stated that Muffet doesn't have a known age, so the tone of voice is up to interpretation there. Her delivery, however, should have either a witty and smarmy infliction or someone who's stuck-up a bit and is generally dissatisfied with the lack of sales.)

So creepy how the laugh itself adopts an entirely different personality. I think that's an interesting touch.
